After the update the app just hangs at its start screen with a clueless woman sitting there. Really lousy app. Don't try to "improve" things for the worse.

App force us to update before can continue using, yet doesn't update n is just pending, so effectively stop us from using
Rating is for the latest update. App is unusable after update. It's just stuck on the opening graphic. Please test your updates thoroughly before release.
Not as user friendly as it could be

Granted, the new look does look nicer and is refreshing. However, the user experience takes away all the points previously gained for that. Page load time is way too long when searching for books. then, when book is found it can't be borrowed. An error "failed to authenticate user" pops up, which doesn't make sense cus if so, how did I even manage to log into my account in the first place? 🤦🏻♀️ will revise rating when app is improved. Very much rather yall just revert to old interface
Able to update very fast . Thanks , it only took two seconds. AWESOME 👍👍👍❤❤❤. The last update which was in 31st July 2021 , it took me whole day also cannot update. I am very grateful this time round. ( 10th Mar 2022 ) Many thanks to the staff who is doing the app.
The colour scheme is awful. The renew option tab is almost invisible.
This is pathetic, to be honest. Please give us permission to modify the (mylibrary) username! It's been inconvenient not being able to modify the username I chose when I was younger. Why can't we change our usernames on this platform like we can on other platforms that require membership as well.
